摘  要:优化纤维素酶法提取防风多糖的工艺条件。在单因素试验基础上,选取酶解时间、酶用量、料液比作为考察因素,以多糖提取率为响应值,运用响应面法优化防风多糖的提取工艺。结果显示酶法提取防风多糖的最佳工艺条件为酶解时间127min、纤维素酶用量0.24%、料液比为1∶42(g/mL)。在此条件下,防风多糖的提取率为4.24%,与理论值相差较小。优化的酶法提取防风多糖的工艺简便易行,为深入研究防风多糖提供参考。To optimize enzymatic extraction process of polysaccharides from Radix Saposhnikoviae by response surface methodology.Based on single extraction trial,three independent factors,namely enzymolysis time,enzymatic dosage and liquid to solid ratio were selected as affecting factors,with the polysaccharide extraction rate as the response value,the response surface analysis method was applied to optimize the polysaccharide extraction technology of polysaccharides from Radix Saposhnikoviae.The optimum extraction conditions of polysaccharides from Radix Saposhnikoviae were enzymolysis time 127min,enzymatic dosage 0.24%,liquid to solid ratio 1∶42,under these conditions,the extraction rate of polysaccharides from Radix Saposhnikoviae was 4.24%,close to the predicted yield.The optimized extraction technique is stable and feasible,it provide reference for further study on the polysaccharide.
