摘 要:研究环境温度(40℃、25℃、0℃和-15℃)对锂离子电池组(102 Ah、30.8 kWh)在新标欧洲循环(NEDC)工况下放电性能的影响。锂离子电池组的放电容量、能量随环境温度下降而降低,主要是受内阻的影响。影响内阻的主要因素有:环境温度、放电电流、放电深度(DOD)及电芯自加热效应等。高温(25~40℃)放电时,内阻的变化不显著,主要受DOD的影响;低温(0~15℃)放电时,内阻增大主要因DOD变大;电芯自加热效应可提升低温下锂离子电池组的性能。The effects of ambient temperature(40℃,25℃,0℃and-15℃)on the discharge performance of Li-ion batteries(102 Ah,30.8 kWh)under new European driving cycle(NEDC)operating condition were studied.The discharge capacity and energy of the Li-ion batteries would decay when the ambient temperature decreased,which was mainly affected by internal resistance.The internal resistance was mainly affected by ambient temperature,discharge current,depth of discharge(DOD)and cell self-heating effects.When discharged under high temperature(25-40℃),the change of internal resistance was not significant,it was mainly affected by DOD;when discharged under low temperature(0-15℃),the internal resistance was mainly affected by the combination of DOD.The cell self-heating effect could improve the performance of Li-ion batteries at low temperature.
