摘　　要：糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)是糖尿病(DM)最常见的微血管病变之一,本质上是由胰岛素分泌不足或活性降低引起血糖代谢异常所致,其发病机制复杂,既与多基因遗传有关,又受环境因素影响。目前,国内外对DR的研究逐步加深,但缺乏对中国少数民族DR相关的研究。为此,该文对中国部分少数民族DR的发病特点及其民族差异进行综述。Diabetic retinopathy(DR)is one of the most common microangiopathies of diabetes mellitus(DM).It is due to abnormal blood glucose metabolism caused by insufficient insulin secretion or decreased activity.Its pathogenesis is complex,related to multi-gene inheritance and environmental factors.At present,the etiologic study of DR has been gradually deepened at home and abroad,but the epidemiological study of minority DR is lacking.This paper reviews DR's characteristics,ethnic differences and its characteristics in ethnic minority.
