摘 要:企业文化融合发展对于提高企业管理水平、提升企业核心竞争力、提高员工整体素质、树立企业良好品牌形象具有重要意义。当前我国企业文化建设存在企业文化定位不准确,企业文化与企业管理、企业发展战略融合不到位,企业文化借鉴、传承和创新融合不够等问题,应从推动企业文化与思想政治工作融合、推动企业文化与优秀传统文化融合、推动企业文化与企业管理制度融合等方面入手,推动企业文化的融合发展。The integration development of corporate culture is of great significance to improve the level of corporate management,enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises,improve the overall quality of employees and establish a good brand image.At present,there are some problems in the construction of corporate culture in China,such as the inaccurate orientation of corporate culture,the inadequate integration of corporate culture with corporate management,corporate development strategy,and the insufficient integration of corporate culture for reference,inheritance and innovation.In order to promote the development of enterprise culture integration,we should promote the integration of enterprise culture and political ideology,enterprise culture and excellent traditional culture,enterprise culture and enterprise management system,and so on.
