益肾壮骨合剂治疗老年糖尿病合并骨质疏松症临床分析

摘　　要：目的益肾壮骨合剂治疗老年糖尿病合并骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法将收治的72例老年糖尿病合并骨质疏松症进行分组。对照组:口服骨化三醇、二磷酸盐;试验组:采用中草药益肾壮骨合剂,日1剂,水煎服。比较2组患者治疗前后骨代谢指标水平。结果治疗后,2组患者腰椎L1~L4、股骨颈、大转子部位骨密度水平较治疗前均显著升高,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论采用益肾壮骨合剂治疗后,疗效明显,可用于临床用药。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yishen Zhuanggu mixture on senile diabetes complicated with osteoporosis.Methods 72 elderly patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with osteoporosis were enrolled in our hospital.The control group was given oral calcitriol,bisphosphonate.The experimental group was given Chinese herbal medicine Yishen Zhuanggu mixture,one dose.The levels of bone metabolism indicators before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the bone mineral density of lumbar vertebrae L1~L4,femoral neck and greater trochanter was significantly higher than that before treatment P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Yishen Zhuanggu mixture on senile diabetes complicated with osteoporosis has significant curative effect,and can be used for clinical medication.
