高校人体解剖教学中伦理教育主体的层次思考

摘  要:高校人体解剖教学是一门医学生必须修好的“必修课”,也是培养医学生医学伦理教育的重要课程之一。目前,医学生对以身示教的“大体老师”缺乏应有的尊重,在人体解剖教学中补上伦理教育势在必行。本文认为开展医学伦理教育要坚持学校层面构建、社会层面参与、教师层面实施以及学生层面体现四个层次,形成协同育人模式,发挥各自主体作用。对这一问题的探究,具有较强的教育意义、社会意义,有助于培养德才兼备的医学人才。The teaching of human anatomy in colleges and universities is a required course for medical students,and it is also one of the important courses of medical ethics education for medical students.At present,medical students lack of due respect for the“general teacher”who shows teaching by example,so it is imperative to supplement the ethical education in the teaching of human anatomy.This paper holds that medical ethics education should adhere to four levels:school level construction,social level participation,teacher level implementation and student level embodiment,so as to form a collaborative education mode and play their respective main role.The exploration of this problem has a strong educational and social significance,which is helpful to cultivate medical talents with both political integrity and ability.
