100例7d龄新生儿屈光状态分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨出生7d内足月新生儿屈光状态分布情况.方法 本研究为回顾性研究,收集2018年3月~2019年5月于我院眼科行新生儿眼底筛查的足月新生儿100例(200眼)的病例资料.100例(200眼)出生5~7 d的足月健康新生儿(男50例,女50例),在复方托吡卡胺滴眼液睫状肌麻痹散瞳状态下行带状光检影验光,对结果进行统计学处理,按照性别及左右眼分别分析其屈光状态,充分了解新生儿的屈光状态情况.结果 出生5~7d新生儿屈光状态,球镜(+2.96±0.68)DS,柱镜(-0.83±0.44)DC,散光194只眼,占97.0%,顺规散光169只眼,占84.5%,逆规散光5只眼,占2.5%,无散光6只眼,占3%.结论 新生儿屈光状态呈中低度远视状态,散光以顺规散光为主,与性别无关,左右眼无明显差异.使用复方托吡卡胺滴眼液进行睫状肌麻痹下检影验光对新生婴儿进行屈光筛查方便有效,有助于早期监测和干预婴儿的视力发育.Objective To explore the distribution of refraction state of full-term newborns within 7 days of birth.Methods This study was a retrospective study.The case data of 100 full-term newborns(200 eyes)who were given neonatal fundus screening in our hospital from March 2018 to May 2019 were collected.100 cases(200 eyes)of full-term healthy newborns born within 5-7 days,50 males and 50 females,were given streak retinoscopy under compound tropicamide eye drops for cycloplegia and mydriasis.The results were statistically processed,and their refraction state was analyzed according to the gender and left and right eyes,so as to fully understand the newborn's refraction state.Results For the refraction state of newborns within 5-7 days of birth,spherical lens was(+2.96±0.68)DS,and cylindrical lens was(-0.83±0.44)DC.Astigmatism was in 194 eyes,accounting for 97.0%.Astigmatism with the rule was in 169 eyes,accounting for 84.5%.Astigmatism against the rule was in 5 eyes,accounting for 2.5%.Astigmatism without the rule was in 6 eyes,accounting for 3%.Conclusion The refraction state of newborns is in moderate to low hyperopia,and astigmatism is mainly with the rule,regardless of gender.There is no significant difference between the left and right eyes.The use of compound tropicamide eye drops for retinoscopy under cycloplegia is convenient and effective for refractive screening of infants and newborns,which is helpful for early monitoring and intervention of infants'vision development.
