淮安地区妇女高危型HPV感染现状分析

摘　　要：目的 了解妇女高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染情况,为淮安地区宫颈癌的预防提供相应的参考和指导.方法 选取2014年1月~2018年12月在我院门诊就诊并检测HPV的36 378例患者资料,对其高危型感染情况和亚型分布进行对比分析.结果 本次研究被纳入的36 378例患者中有8139例患者被检测出高危型HPV感染,总阳性率为22.37%,其中单一基因型阳性率为16.65%,多重感染阳性率为5.72%.高危型感染以HPV16、HPV52、HPV53、HPV58为主,阳性率分别为5.33%、4.51%、2.61%与3.66%.50岁以上患者高危型HPV阳性率最高为43.59%.结论 本地区HPV感染以高危型感染、单一基因型为主,多见16、52、53、58型.50岁以上年龄段为感染高峰阶段.Objective To understand the situation of high-risk human papillomavirus(HPV)infection in women in this region,and to provide corresponding reference and guidance for the prevention of cervical cancer in Huai'an Region.Methods Data were collected from 36378 patients who visited our outpatient clinic from January 2014 to December 2018 and received HPV detection.Comparative analysis was carried out for the high-risk infection and its subtype distribution.Results Of the 36378 patients included in this study,8139 patients were detected with high-risk HPV infection,with a total positive rate of 22.37%.The single genotype positive rate was 16.65%,and the multiple infection positive rate was 5.72%.High-risk infections were mainly HPV16,HPV52,HPV53,and HPV58 respectively.The positive rates were 5.33%,4.51%,2.61%,and 3.66%respectively.The highest positive rate of HPV in patients over 50 years old was 43.59%.Conclusion HPV infections in this region are mainly high-risk infections and single genotypes,and more common types are type 16,52,53,and 58.The age of 50 years and above is the peak period of infection.
