摘  要:目的 分析结伴互助成组式教学模式在医学留学生手外伤临床实践中的应用.方法 将2018年9月~2019年8月在安徽医科大学第二附属医院骨科轮转的30名留学生分为两组,A组15名留学生分别与安徽医科大学第二附属医院骨科专业型研究生结伴成对子为“结伴互助成组式教学模式组”,B组15名留学生采用传统带教模式.实习结束后记录并比较两组留学生日常工作考核、手外伤急诊处理的理论知识考核、清创缝合临床实践能力考核,以及留学生对“结伴互助成组式教学模式”满意度调查.结果 A组留学生日常工作考核、清创缝合临床实践能力考核成绩和对“结伴互助成组式教学模式”满意度明显高于B组,差异有统计学意义;而二者在手外伤急诊处理的专业知识理论知识考核成绩比较无统计学差异.结论 结伴互助成组式教学模式可以充分提高留学生对手外伤处理的教学兴趣,发挥学生学习的主观能动性,培养学生的团队合作精神,提高医师临床实践教学质量.Objective To analyze the application of group-based teaching mode of partnership and mutual help in clinical practice of hand trauma among international medical students.Methods 30 international students who were rotated in the department of orthopedics in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from September 2018 to August 2019 were divided into two groups.15 international students in Group A were paired with orthopedic graduate students from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University as the group of"group teaching mode of partnership and mutual help".15 international students in group B were given the traditional teaching mode.After the internship,the daily work assessment,the theoretical knowledge assessment of the emergency treatment of hand trauma,the ability assessment of debridement and suture clinical practice,and the international students'satisfaction survey on the“group teaching mode of partnership and mutual help”were recorded and compared between the two groups of international students.Results The results of daily work assessment and ability assessment of debridement and suture clinical practice,and the satisfaction rate with the"group teaching mode of partnership and mutual help"in the international students in group A were significantly higher than those in group B,and the differences were statistically significant;there was no statistically significant difference in the assessment results of the professional knowledge and theoretical knowledge of the emergency treatment of hand trauma between the two groups.Conclusion The group teaching mode of partnership and mutual help can fully improve the teaching interest of international students in the treatment of hand trauma,give play to students'subjective initiative in studying,cultivate students'teamwork spirit,and improve the quality of teaching in clinical practice for physicians.
