摘　　要：伦理审查是当前医学临床研究必不可少的环节与流程,当前中医临床研究规模不断扩大,作用更加显著,涉及范围亦逐步拓宽,为此中医药临床实践研究亟需探索带有中医药特色的伦理审查模式与路径方法。通过梳理中医药临床研究伦理审查的研究现状,分析当前伦理审查的政策演进规律与存在问题,就当前伦理审查现状进行发展路径建构,以期为中医药临床研究伦理审查工作提供新的研究思路,更好地应对重大突发公共卫生事件,保护患者的安全和生命权益。Ethical review is an indispensable link and process in current clinical research.At present,clinical research of Traditional Chinese Medicine shows a wider scale,and a more significant role.It hence indicates urgent needs to explore an ethical review model and path methods with Chinese medicine characteristics.By combing the current research status of ethics review of TCM clinical research,this paper analyzes the policy evolution law and existing problems of ethical review,and builds a development path on the current status,aims to provide new research ideas for TCM clinical research ethical review and better respond to major public health emergencies and protect patients'safety and lives.
