摘　　要：探讨2型糖尿病患者的不可靠叙述类型,以期为糖尿病教育管理提供新的视角。采用半结构式访谈法,访谈48名2型糖尿病住院患者,选取其中3名典型个案,应用叙事学方法进行分析。2型糖尿病患者的疾患叙事中对疾病认知、自我管理行为评价存在一定程度的不可靠性,主要表现为不充分评估、错误解读、错误评估、不充分解读4种不可靠叙述类型。通过分析糖尿病患者叙述的不可靠性,有助于发现影响糖尿病患者血糖管理的因素,帮助制定个体化的糖尿病教育方法,从而提高患者的自我管理能力。This paper aims to explore types of unreliable narrative of patients with type-2 diabetes so as to provide a new research perspective on diabetes education management.Research methods include semi-structured clinical interview and narrative analysis(both tape and transcript),which cover three typical cases from forty-eight inpatients with type-2 diabetes.Unreliability is found in their narratives of disease cognition,and self-management assessment,which is demonstrated in four types:inadequate assessment,misinterpretation,mis-assessment,and inadequate interpretation.Disclosing the unreliability of type-2 diabetes patients'narratives is beneficial to identifying the factors influencing the patients'blood glucose self-management,help individualize patients'education strategies so as to enhance patients'ability of self-management.
