摘  要:风险评价是防灾减灾的重要非工程手段,针对九寨沟景区在2017年8月8日M s 7.0级地震后地质灾害加剧的问题,在GIS环境下进行地质灾害风险及治理工程效益评价研究。本文选取了构造因子、地形因子、地质因子及其它因子等9个指标建立危险性评价模型,易损性选取人口、道路、建筑物、旅游基础设施、景观、防治工程等6个承灾因子,分别采用信息量模型和层次分析法进行地质灾害危险性和易损性评价。结果表明,研究区划分为极低风险区(41.36%)、低风险区(40.52%)、中度风险区(16.02%)、高风险区(1.84%)和极高风险区(0.27%),高-极高风险区总面积为13.79 km 2,其中村寨、诺日朗及熊猫海周边均为地质灾害极高风险区,建议设为重点防治区域;现有防治条件下高-极高风险区面积减少了26.73%,防治效益良好,该结果可以为景区恢复重建和区域规划提供参考。Risk assessment is an important non-engineering method to prevent and reduce geohazards.The geohazards in Jiuzhaigou scenic area intensified after the M s 7.0 earthquake happened on August 8th,2017,thus the risk assessment of geohazards and engineering effect evaluation based on GIS was carried out.Nine conditioning factors including tectonic factors,topographic factors,geological factors and other factors are selected to establish the hazard assessment model,and six factors including population,road,building,tourism infrastructure,landscape,prevention engineering are selected by using information method and analytic hierarchy process respectively to conduct hazard and vulnerability evaluation.The risk is divided into extremely low,low,moderate,high and extremely high,accounting for 41.36%,40.52%,16.02%,1.84%and 0.27%of study area.High-extremely high risk areas distributed around villages,Nuorilang and Panda Lake cover 13.79 km 2,so it is suggested to be set as a key remediation area.Besides,the area of high to extremely high risk decrease by 26.73%with engineering compared to the result without engineering,showing the effect of prevention engineering is obviously effective.The results offer a reference of reconstruction and regional planning to scenic area.
