摘　　要：目的:探讨瓷层厚度对全瓷修复体颜色稳定性及强度的影响。方法:将氧化锆全瓷材料制作成4组厚度不同的核心瓷试件,并在厚度为0.4 mm的核心瓷试件上构筑不同厚度的饰面瓷;使用NR60CP高精度电脑色差仪检测每组颜色参数(L*值、a*值、b*值),计算各组的色差值(ΔE);使用电子万能试验机检测相同厚度核心瓷构筑不同厚度饰面瓷试件抗弯曲强度的变化。结果:随着核心瓷厚度的增加,颜色参数L*值和b*值显著升高,各组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);随着饰面瓷厚度的增加,L*值减小、a*值和b*值增大(P<0.01);随着饰面瓷瓷层厚度增加,相邻2组之间的色差ΔE随之减小,各组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);随着核心瓷与饰面瓷厚度比例的缩小,弯曲强度随之减弱。结论:氧化锆核心瓷及饰面瓷厚度越厚,颜色差异越小,核心瓷及饰面瓷厚度比越高,其全瓷修复体弯曲强度越强。Objective:To explore the influence of the thickness of porcelain layer on color stability and strength of all-ceramic restorations.Methods:Four groups of core porcelain specimens with different thickness were made of zirconia all-ceramic material,and the decorative porcelain specimens with different thickness were constructed on the core porcelain specimens with a thickness of 0.4 mm.Each set of color parameters(L*,a*and b*)was checked by using NR60CP high-precision computer color difference meter,and the color difference value of each group(ΔE)was calculated.The change of bending strength of ceramic specimens with different thickness of core porcelain with the same thickness was detected by electronic universal testing machine.Results:With the increase of core porcelain thickness,the L*and b*values of color parameters increased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).With the increase of decorative porcelain thickness,the L*value decreases,and the value of a*and b*increased(P<0.01).With the increase of the porcelain layer,the color differenceΔE between two adjacent groups decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).As the ratio of the thickness of core porcelain to decorative porcelain decreased,the bending strength decreased.Conclusion:The thicker the thickness of zirconia core porcelain and decorative porcelain are,the smaller the color difference is,and the higher the thickness ratio of core porcelain and decorative porcelain are,the stronger the bending strength of all-ceramic restoration is.
