摘　　要：在分析智慧校园起源和特征的基础上,构建了军队院校的智慧校园综合框架,设计了以数据为中心的业务流程。在具体分析智慧教学环境建设、学员学情系统和成长路线规划等具体建设和应用项目的基础上,拟定了军队院校智慧校园建设应当遵循的基本原则。针对军队院校智慧校园建设所开展的理论探索与实践,这些原则对推动军队院校的信息化建设和智能化发展具有现实意义。Based on the analysis of the origin and characteristics of the smart campus,this paper constructs the comprehensive framework of the smart campus in the military academy and designs the business process with data as the center.On the basis of specific analysis of the construction and application projects such as the construction of the smart teaching environment,students'learning system and growth planning,the basic principles are formulated,which should be followed in the construction of the smart campus in the military academy.In view of the theoretical exploration and practice of the construction of smart campus in military academies,these principles have practical significance for promoting the information construction and intelligent development of such academies.
