摘　　要：通过统计分析国家认监委在官网公布2017年和2018年检验检测机构监督检查的结果,总结出资质认定检验检测机构在质量管理上存在的主要问题,即质量控制意识薄弱、轻管理少监督、工作细节落实不到位等。针对以上问题,结合高校实际,提出加强自律和监督,完善激励与约束机制,健全信息化共享平台建设,推进高层次创新人才队伍建设等对策,以促进检验检测机构的质量管理,提高检验检测服务质量和水平。This paper has summed up the main existing problems of the qualification inspection and testing institutions through the statistical analysis of the supervision and inspection results published by China Certification and Accreditation Administration on the official website in 2017 and 2018.These problems include the weak awareness of quality control,light management and less supervision,inadequate implementation of detailed work.For the above problems,based on the actual situation of colleges and universities,this paper puts forward some recommendations,including strengthening self-discipline and supervision,perfecting incentive and restraint mechanism,enhancing the construction of information sharing platform and promoting team building of the high-level innovative talents,so as to make the inspection and testing institutions strengthen the quality management and improve the inspection and testing service quality.
