摘　　要：公共科研平台提供全时开放式服务有助于提高大型仪器设备的使用效率,提升科研平台对科学研究和人才培养的技术支撑能力,是推进世界一流大学和一流学科建设的需要。该文结合生物医学测试中心全时开放服务实践,在用户培训与资质认定、网络预约与分级管理、测试收费及政策引导、安全运行与保障措施等方面进行了一系列的制度建设。The public research platform provides full-time and open service,which helps to improve the efficiency of large-scale instruments and equipment and enhance the technical support capability of such platform for scientific research and personnel training.It is the need to promote the construction of world-class universities and disciplines.In combination with the practice of full-time opening service of the biomedical testing center,this paper has carried out a series of system construction in user training and qualification identification,network reservation and hierarchical management,test charging and policy guidance,safe operation,safeguard measures,etc.
