摘　　要：加强安全管理和全方位落实安全教育是保障基础化学实验室安全、有序运行,提高学生安全意识,培养学生安全操作习惯的前提。目前,实验室安全制度建设、体系建设、文化建设已经得到广泛重视;形式多样的安全教育,如讲座、视频和安全教育课程等也在逐步展开。在全方位落实安全教育工作中开展实验項目安全告知书,旨在细化落实安全管理措施,强化对基础化学实验中的安全认知,提升防护及应急处置的能力。Strengthening the safety management and carrying out the safety education in an all-round way are the premise to ensure the safe and orderly operation of the basic chemical laboratory,improve the students'safety awareness and cultivate their safe operation habits.At present,the construction of laboratory safety system,system and culture has been widely valued,and various safety education forms,such as lectures,videos and safety education courses,are also gradually developed.The safety notification for experimental projects in the all-round implementation of safety education is carried out with the purpose of refining the implementation of safety management measures,enhancing the awareness of safety knowledge in basic chemical experiments and improving the ability of protection and emergency response.
