摘　　要：本文总结了目前国内用于治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)临床试验的22个化学药物的化合物专利、作用机制、适应证、剂型规格及合成路线等,以期为从事抗2019新型冠状病毒新药及仿制药研究的医药企业、研究机构提供有益参考。This article summarizes the patents,mechanisms,indications,dosage forms,specifications and synthetic routes of 22 chemical drugs currently used in clinical trials for the treatment of COVID-19 in China,which is expected to provide a useful reference for research institutions and pharmaceutical companies engaged in anti-SARS-CoV-2 drug research.
