摘  要:本研究比较高糖(GT28,ROC22)、中糖(YT71-210)和低糖(GT86-877)基因型甘蔗生长前期叶片中的糖分含量、叶绿素含量、蔗糖代谢相关酶活性及SPS家族基因的表达水平,以探究不同甘蔗基因型生长前期的蔗糖代谢情况,为全面了解甘蔗整个生命周期的蔗糖代谢机制提供依据。结果表明,各甘蔗基因型蔗糖代谢指标与茎中糖分含量有一致性,均呈现高糖品种>中糖品种>低糖品种趋势。SofSPSA基因家族在甘蔗苗期的叶片蔗糖积累过程中mRNA水平的表达量较低,B、C、D家族基因相对表达水平较高。甘蔗的高、低糖基因型与叶片蔗糖代谢相关酶活性有着密切关系,并影响糖分积累。与低糖品种相比,高糖品种甘蔗叶片的叶绿素含量、SP家族基因的表达水平、糖分含量及蔗糖代谢相关酶活性相对较高,表明高糖品种甘蔗叶片蔗糖代谢水平更加活跃。The sugar content,chlorophyll content,activities of sucrose metabolism-related enzymes and SPS gene expression level in the leaves of sugarcanes with high sugar(GT28,ROC22),medium sugar(YT71-210)and low sugar(GT86-877)at the early stage of the growth were compared to explore the sucrose metabolism mechanism of different sugarcane genotypes.This work provided a basis for a comprehensive understanding of sucrose metabolism mechanism in sugarcane throughout its life cycle.The sucrose metabolic indexes of all sugarcane genotypes were consistent with the sugar content in stems,showing high sugar genotype>medium sugar genotype>low sugar genotype.The relative expression level of SofSPSA gene was less involved in sucrose accumulation in sugarcane leaves at seedling stage,but B,C and D family genes was higher.Sugarcane genotypes are closely related to the activities of sucrose metabolism-related enzymes in leaves and affect sugar accumulation.Compared with low-sugar genotype,high-sugar genotype had higher chlorophyll content,expression level of SPS family genes,sugar content and activities of sucrose metabolism-related enzymes,which indicated that high-sugar genotype had more active sucrose metabolism in sugarcane leaves.
