摘　　要：为建立基于产学研合作背景下的高校创新型人才培养协同机制,指出了产学研合作创新型人才培养的重要意义,分析了其中存在的问题:缺乏协同的创新型人才培养模式,教学与科研发展不平衡,高校创新文化培育动力不足。提出应打造良好的校内外产学研协同环境,建立良好的科研与教学协同创新型人才培养环境,推进创新创业教育的深度融合。In order to establish cooperation mechanism of innovative talent training of colleges and universities under the background of industry-university-research cooperation,important meaning of industry-university-research innovative talent training is pointed out.Problems are analyzed,i.e.cooperatively innovative talent training lacks,teaching and research develops unequally,and there is lack of innovative culture training of colleges and universities.It is suggested to create good industry-university-research cooperation environment in and out of school,establish good environment of research-teaching cooperation innovative talent training,and promote deep integration of innovative entrepreneurship education.
