摘　　要：为了实现竞技体育的市场化、职业化发展,对安徽省竞技体育职业化进程中存在的问题进行了分析。安徽省竞技体育社会化程度不高,市场化发展不完善,后备人才储备资源流失严重,并且过分依赖企业,没有形成产业链,体育物质资源供需矛盾突出。提出了安徽省竞技体育职业化的发展路径:融合社会力量,发挥市场效应;加强后备人才培育,科学选才;建设自有品牌,形成完整的体育产业链;整合资源,巩固优势项目。要提高安徽省职业体育发展水平和体育赛事水平,为其职业化发展提供动力保障。In order to achieve the development of marketization and professionalism of competitive sports,the problems of professionalism of competitive sports in Anhui Province are analyzed.The level of socialization of competitive sports in Anhui Province isn’t high,marketization development isn’t perfect,resource loss of reserve talents is severe,competitive sports excessively relies on enterprises,there is no industry chain,and there is outstanding imbalance between supply and demand.Development path of professionalism of competitive sports in Anhui Province is proposed,including integrating social strength to give full play to market effect,strengthening reserve talents training and scientifically choosing talents,constructing private brand to form integrate sports industry chain,and integrating resource to consolidate dominant project.It is suggested to promote the level of professionalism sports and sports event in Anhui Province,in order to provide power guarantee for professionalism development.
