摘  要:为提高临床护理技能教学质量,举办全国护理本科院校教师临床护理技能竞赛,29个省份92所本科院校276名护理专、兼职教师参赛。该文介绍了在现代护理理念及先进的教育理念引领下的竞赛设计;分析了通过竞赛发现的问题,主要是在人文关怀能力、整体护理能力、临床思维能力、护患沟通能力、团队合作能力、理论运用能力等方面的培训相对不足;根据教育部提出的"金课"要求,提出了改革护理临床技能教学的对策。To improve the quality of clinical nursing skills,national clinical nursing skill competition for teachers in nursing colleges was held.Totally 276 full-time and part-time teachers from 92 universities in 29 provinces participated in the competition.This article introduced the competition design guided by modern nursing concepts and advanced education concepts.We also analyzed the existing problems found in the competition involving insufficiencies of training in human care competencies,holistic care,clinical thinking,nursing communication,collaboration and theory application.In view of the existing problems,the author proposed measures of teaching reform of clinical nursing skills based on“Golden Course”proposed by the Ministry of Education.
