奥拉西坦辅助治疗脑白质病合并认知功能障碍的临床效果分析

摘　　要：分析奥拉西坦辅助治疗脑白质病合并认知功能障碍的临床效果。选择2017年4月—2019年4月武警黑龙江省总队医院收治的188例脑白质病合并认知功能障碍者为研究对象。将其分为两组,每组94例。对照组入院后口服阿司匹林缓释片以及相关基础治疗,在此基础上,观察组使用奥拉西坦胶囊辅助治疗,分析两组的治疗结果。结果显示,干预前,两组的事件相关电位N400以及P300潜伏期、波幅无明显差别(P>0.05)。干预后,观察组的事件相关电位N400以及P300潜伏期比对照组短(P<0.05);N400以及P300波幅高(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的MMSE分数和治疗前相比均有所提升,观察组的MMSE指标水平改善情况好于对照组(P<0.05);两组干预前后血清LP-PLA2水平无明显差别(P>0.05)。脑白质病合并认知功能障碍患者使用奥拉西坦进行辅助治疗,可提升病患的认知能力,疗效显著。The paper analyzed the clinical effect of oxiracetam adjuvant therapy on leukoencephalopathy combined with cognition impairment.188 leukoencephalopathy combined with cognition impairment in Heilongjiang Armed Police Corps Hospital from April,2017 to April,2019 were regarded as the research objects.They were divided into two groups,with 94 patients in each group.Control group received oral aspirin sustained release tablets and related basic treatment,and on this basis,observation group received oxiracetam capsules as the adjuvant therapy.Treatment results of two groups were compared.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in potential N400 and P300 incubation,and amplitude between two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,related potential N400 and P300 incubation in observation group were shorter than control group(P<0.05).N400 and P300 amplitude is higher(P<0.05).After intervention,MMSE score of two groups improved relatively,and the MMSE index level has improved significantly better than control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum LP-PLA2 level of two groups before and after intervention(P>0.05).Oxiracetam adjuvant therapy on leukoencephalopathy combined with cognition impairment can improve the cognition level of patients,and the curative effect is good.
