摘  要:传统的电能计量装置校验方法因未考虑到设备的实际状态而导致校验误差过大。文中研究设计一种基于混合模型的变电站电能计量装置全自动校验方法。依据变电站监测特征变量得到计量装置功率因数;运用小波分析系数重构时域信号并计算谐波电流值,根据计量结果选择计量模式;串联电流采样回路,监测计量装置运行状态并对其进行评估,再运用混合模型集中决策原理对不同运行状态下变电站电能计量装置的运行状态进行全自动校验。实验结果表明,使用该方法测得评估值均在±0.05%内,校验结果均处于误差范围内,证明该方法有效性较高。The calibration error is too large for the traditional calibration method of electric energy metering device does not consider the actual state of the device.In this paper,an automatic calibration method of substation electrical energy metering device is designed based on hybrid model.According to the characteristic variables of substation monitoring,the power factor of metering device is obtained.The wavelet analysis coefficient is used to reconstruct the time domain signal and calculate the harmonic current value.The series current sampling loop is used to monitor and evaluate the operation state of the metering device,and then the operation state of the metering device in substation under different operation states is checked automatically by using the hybrid model centralized decision principle.The experimental results show that the evaluation values measured by this method are all within±0.05%,and the calibration results are all within the error range,which proves that this method is highly effective.
