基于远程开放教育教学平台积分制管理功能设计——以云南开放大学全网教学平台为例

摘　　要：在远程开放教育教学中,“网上教学”如何真正落地并实施是保证远程开放教育教学质量的关键。在绩效改革背景下,教师工作量如何考核、教育管理者如何对教师进行全过程管理等是远程教育管理者一直关心且亟待解决的问题。在对积分制管理内涵分析研究的基础上,针对云南开放大学开放教育教师工作量核算及教学管理中存在的问题,将“积分制管理模式”应用于云南开放大学远程开放教育教学平台——云南开放大学全网教学平台,进行了具体的设计与实践。In the teaching of distance open education,how to implement online teaching indeed is the key to guarantee the quality of teaching in the distance open education.In the context of per⁃formance reform,how to assess the workload of teachers and how to manage the whole process of teachers are issues that distance education managers have always cared about and need to solve.Based on the analysis and research on the connotation of the point system management and treated with the issues in the teachers’workload accounting and teaching management of the open education in Yunnan Open University,the application of the“point system management mode”to the open education platform of Yunnan Open University,i.e.the whole network teaching platform of Yunnan Open Uni⁃versity has been specifically designed and practiced.
