摘 要:"互联网+"、大数据时代下,对高校培养工业工程专业人才的能力提出了新要求,该文将质量功能展开quality function deployment (QFD)理论应用于实践教学体系评估和改革的研究。该文以南京大学工业工程专业培养复合型创新工程管理人才为研究对象,采用问卷调查的方法,确定人才需求的能力大纲,通过构建质量矩阵对南大工业工程专业实验教学体系的效果进行质量评估,并在质量评估数据分析的基础上提出实验教学体系的改进措施。In the era of "Internet +" and big data, new requirements have been put on the ability of colleges and universities to train industrial engineering professionals. The thesis applies quality function development(QFD) theory to the evaluation and reform of practical teaching systems. This article takes Nanjing University’s industrial engineering specialty to cultivate compound innovative engineering management talents as the research object, and determines the ability outline of talents’ demand through questionnaire survey. Then, by constructing a quality matrix, the quality evaluation of the experimental teaching system of the industrial engineering specialty of NTU is conducted. Based on the analysis of the quality assessment data, the improvement measures of the experimental teaching system are proposed.
