摘 要:中国与"一带一路"沿线国家的高等教育合作是体现"一带一路"倡议下教育资源共享理念的重要方式,也是推动区域经济发展和文化交流的重要途径。语言相通是互联互通实施的基础,是促进多元文化相互理解的前提,也是构建和谐的文化共同体的保障。加强中央和地方政府间对教育合作项目的政策支持,建立沿线国家信息共享平台,完善国际教育合作中相关的法律条款和监管体系。中国与"一带一路"沿线国家的高等教育合作,通过由点到面的逐步扩展,形成相互理解、相互支持、相互共享的教育生态系统。Higher education cooperation between China and countries along the "Belt and Road" area is an important way of embodying the concept of the "Belt and Road" Initiative of sharing educational resources and is also an important method to promote regional economic growth and cultural understanding. Language communication is the basis for connection, the premise for promoting mutual understanding of multiple cultures, and the guarantee for building a harmonious cultural community. Meanwhile, it is necessary to strengthen the policy support for education cooperation projects between central and local governments in China, establish an international platform for sharing information between China and other regions and improve the legal provisions and supervision systems in the international education cooperation. The education cooperation between China and countries along the "Belt and Road" area should be developed as an educational ecosystem dependent on mutual understanding and support through the gradual advancement.
