摘  要:鉴于新时期我国油气田面临的外部环境和内在形势发生了深刻变化,如何构建有效的人力资源培训体系,为人才培养和成长搭建更为有效的平台,成为推进油气田人才队伍建设、保持战略定力和实现高质量发展的关键环节。鉴于此,通过总结中国石油西南油气田公司下属矿区培训工作现状及成果,分析了培训工作中存在的问题,提出了培训工作进一步提升的策略建议。研究结果表明:①油气田矿区在人才培训和培养上进行了积极而有效地探索,通过制定并落实培训管理制度促进了培训规范化,通过加强培训体系建设促进了培训方式升级和培训环境优化,通过整体部署培训工作促进了全员培训分层推进;②油气田矿区培训工作存在的主要问题是对培训工作认识不足、培训需求缺乏分析调研、培训课程体系缺乏系统性以及培训评估机制不健全等;③针对员工培训中存在的问题提出了分类进行培训需求特点分析、完善培训管理体系、优化培训课题,构建全面有效的评估体系等提升矿区培训工作的建议。In view that both external environment and internal situation of China's oil and gasfields change profoundly in the new era,how to construct an effective human resource training system and build a more available platform for talent cultivation and growth has become a key link to promote the construction of talent team,maintain the strategic determination,and achieve the high-quality development for these fields.So,some problems existing in the training were analyzed by summarizing the training status and achievements of oil and gas districts affiliated to PetroChina Southwest Oil&Gasfield Company.Then,a few strategies and suggestions on further training improvement were put forward.Results show that(1)these districts have actively and effectively explored the talent training and cultivation by formulating and implementing the management system to promote the training normalization,strengthening the system construction to advance the upgrading of training mode and the optimization of training environment,and arranging the training comprehensively to push on the hierarchical advancement of staff training;(2)the main training problems include its insufficient understanding,deficient analysis and investigation on its demand,unsystematic course system,and incomplete evaluation mechanism;and(3)in order to solve these problems,some suggestions are made,including analyzing the training demand characteristics based on classification,completing the training management system,optimizing the training program,and constructing the comprehensive and effective evaluation system.
