互补性视角下互联网平台企业创新机制研究

摘　　要：本文基于互补性视角构建平台企业创新机制模型,通过互联网创新型平台企业的调研数据进行实证检验。研究发现,专用性互补资产和通用性互补资产有利于平台企业创新组合与创新平衡;互补性资产有利于提升平台企业在创新生态系统中的平台领导力;平台领导力的提升有利于平台企业实现创新组合与创新平衡;平台领导力在互补性资产与创新组合之间起部分中介作用。研究结果可为平台企业创新及可持续发展提供参考,也为平台创新生态系统的构建提供借鉴。From the perspective of complementarity this paper constructs the innovation mechanism model of platform firms and conducts empirical test by research data of in ternet innovation platform firms.It has found that the specific and general complementary assets were more,it were more beneficial to innovation combination and innovation balance.The complementary assets was benefical to enhance platform leadership of platform firms in innovation ecosystem.Platform leadership were beneficial to combined and balance innovation;and platform leadership played a mediating role between complementary assets and combined innovation.It further enriched the research of platform innovation theory,and also provided reference for the construction of platform innovation ecosystem.
