摘  要:目标管理理论对于班级管理具有重要的指导价值。文章从中职学校学生的实际出发,以目标管理理论为指导,着眼于中职生的职业发展,研究了中职学校的班级管理问题,提出了构建融学校要求、班级目标、学生个人发展目标于一体的目标管理体系,并采取有效措施,精心组织实施,发挥学生的主体作用,以促进学生全面发展,提高其就业竞争力。经过多年探索,该班级管理方式在实践中不断完善,取得了较为理想的效果。The theory of target management has great value for class management.Based on the actual situation of students in secondary vocational schools,guided by the target management theory and focusing on the career development of secondary vocational schoolstudents,thispaper studies the problems of managing a class in secondary vocational schools,and proposes to construct a target management system that integrates school requirements,class targets and students’personal development targets,and to take effective measures,arrange carefully and enable students to play main roles in class,so as to promote the all-round development of students and improve their employment competitiveness.After years of exploration,the class management mode has been continuously improved in practice and achieved relatively ideal results.
