摘　　要：泄泻日久,病机错杂,由实转虚,脾胃虚弱与湿浊停滞互见,虚浊纠缠而致迁延难愈。现代医学治疗颇为棘手,中医药治疗久泻有着独特的优势和作用,单兆伟教授治疗慢性泄泻,把握"虚浊"这个关键病机,结合脏腑辨证,以益气升清,甘润补虚为治疗大法,临床运用疗效显著。When getting diarrhea for a long time,the pathogenesis is complicated,from excess syndrome to weak syndrome.The weakness of spleen and stomach and the stagnation of wet and turbidity caused it hard to be cured.Modem medical treatment is rather tricky while traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages and effects on chronic diarrhea.This paper is a summary of Professor SHAN Zhaowei's treatment of chronic diarrhea.Holding the key pathogenesis of deficiency and turbidity and combining with the viscera syndrome differentiation,Professor SHAN formulated the treatment method of invigorating qi and clearing up qi,and replenishing deficiency with sweet flavor and moist,which has a significant clinical effect.
