针灸结合运动再学习康复疗法对缺血性脑卒中患者神经功能及肢体运动功能恢复的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察以针刺全身穴位、温针灸腹部穴位并结合运动再学习康复疗法对缺血性脑卒中患者神经功能以及肢体运动功能恢复的影响。方法采用随机对照的研究方法,将90例临床确诊为缺血性脑卒中且肢体运动功能和神经功能损伤的患者按就诊先后顺序随机分为治疗组(45例)和对照组(45例)。所有患者在试验前均经过结合患者具体病情给予控制血压、改善脑循环、稳定生命体征以及预防并发症等西医治疗。治疗组采用以针灸结合运动再学习康复疗法为主治疗,对照组采用单纯康复治疗,上述治疗方案均在2个疗程后观察疗效。结果治疗组经治疗后对改善FMA评价量表评分以及CSS评价量表的评分帮助最大,2组在上述评分中治疗前和治疗后经统计学检验,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组临床总有效率达到93.3%。结论在临床上采用以针灸结合运动再学习康复疗法治疗缺血性脑卒中神经功能以及肢体运动功能损伤的患者,经济有效,安全性高。Objective To observe the effects of acupuncture on acupuncture points,warm acupuncture and acupuncture points on abdomen and combined with exercise and rehabilitation therapy on the neurological function and recovery of limb motor function in patients with ischemic stroke.Methods A randomized controlled study was conducted in which 90 patients with clinically diagnosed ischemic stroke and limb motor function and neurological impairment were randomly assigned to the treatment group(45 patients)and the control group(45 patients).All patients were treated with Western medicine in combination with the specific conditions of the patient to control blood pressure,improve cerebral circulation,stabilize vital signs and prevent complications.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with exercise re-learning rehabilitation therapy,and the control group was treated with simple rehabilitation.The above treatments were observed after 2 courses of treatment.Results The treatment group was the most helpful in improving the FMA evaluation scale score and the CSS evaluation scale after treatment.The two groups were statistically tested before and after treatment in the above scores(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the treatment group is reached 93.3%.Conclusion The clinical use of acupuncture combined with exercise re-learning rehabilitation therapy for patients with ischemic stroke neurological function and limb motor function impairment is cost-effective and safe.
