摘　　要：4月17日,一套杭州文鼎苑学区房被法拍。该房面积87平方米,以5万、元/平方米为起拍价,房屋本身的价值与法拍价格的差价让很多人狂热,他们不知道的是,这起波澜不惊的法拍背后可以牵扯出一段民族工业的崛起,一个区域的蝶变,一家企业的兴衰,一位知名浙商的沉浮。房主是飞跃集团创始人邱继宝,他曾被国家领导人赞为“国宝”,国人喊他“缝纫机大王”,国外客户喊他“飞跃先生”。然而,从2016年11月开始,邱继宝已经从飞跃集团发布的新闻中消失了。On April 17,a house in Wendingyuan district in Hang-zhou was auctioned.Beneath this auction is the rise of a national industry,the change of a region,the history of an enterprise,the rise and fall of a well-known Zhejiang busi-nessman,as the owner of this house is Qiu Jjibao,founder of Feiyue Group.However,this popular Zhejiang businessman has disappeared from the public for many years.When the news was released,Zheshang magazine reporter tried to restore the history of Qiu Jjibao and Feiyue Group.This is not only a concern for the entrepreneur himself,but also a comparison of current economic ecology with the past.
