摘　　要：目前IT行业对计算机专业人才的需求增多,要求也越来越高,使得部分地方高校计算机专业加快向应用型转型,推动了人才培养模式的改革。因此,要明确人才培养目标,准确把握专业定位,面向服务地方区域经济社会发展;要重构创新课程体系,加强"双师型"师资队伍建设;要加大实践教学设备设施投入,改革与完善管理保障措施等,从而探索出一条主动适应行业发展新趋向的计算机专业应用型人才培养的有效途径。At present,the demand in the IT industry for computer professionals is increasing,and higher and higher requirement is on them,which makes the computer specialty in some local colleges and universities accelerates the transformation to applicationoriented,and promotes the reform of talent training mode.Therefore,it is necessary to define the goal of talents training,accurately grasp the specialty orientation for serving the local economic and social development;to reconstruct the innovative curriculum system,strengthen the construction of"double teacher"teaching staff;to increase the investment in practical teaching equipment and facilities,reform and improve the management and guarantee measures,in order to explore a effective way of cultivating the talents of computer majored and application-oriented,which actively adapts to the new trend of industry development.
