基于雪球抽样的大学生创业现状分析及对策研究

摘　　要：通过雪球抽样方法对合肥地区三所本科高校、连续五届104例有高等教育背景和创业经历的大学生创业群体进行调研,通过分析发现:大学生创业普遍存在创业规划能力不强、实践经验不足、团队支持不够和融资渠道不畅等问题。大学生在校期间除了专业知识学习外,还应拓展渠道培养创新思维、创业精神,提前储备创业知识;家庭、学校和社会应为创业大学生创业提供必要的物质和文化支持。Investigation and analysis of entrepreneurial experience are completed based on snowball sampling method,which includes 104 cases of students of five graduates from three different kinds of universities in Hefei.It is found that there are many negative factors existed existing in the process of college students'sstudents'entrepreneurship,suchasuch as weak ability of entrepreneurship planning,lack of practical experience,insufficient team support,poor financing channels and so on.It is suggested that college students should cultivate innovative thinking and entrepreneurial spirit,and advance their knowledge of entrepreneurship;Family,school and society should provide the necessary material and cultural support for entrepreneurial students.
