地方本科院校学报运营现状考察与政策建议——以蚌埠学院学报杂志社企业经营为例  

Investigation on Local University Journal Operation and its Policy Recommendations——A Case Study of Bengbu University Journal's Restructuring to the Enterprise

摘　　要：以蚌埠学院学报杂志社为样本,介绍其创刊及企业化经营概况;选取部分安徽省地方本科院校学报办刊情况为研究视角,分析学报经营范围和收入、企业化经营主体建构等因素的制约作用,并以北京航空航天大学期刊改制案例为对照,试对新时期地方本科院校学报的运营现状进行分析和判断,最后结合现有的国家期刊政策给出了一些建议,提出暂不考虑学报改制工作、给予地方本科学报准确定位、制订完善期刊改革政策、政府介入加以引导等,以图为今后的高校学报改革发展提供一些参考。Taking the Magazine of Bengbu University Journal as an example,this paper reviewed the journal's creation and the marketization.Taking some university journals as research focuses in Anhui Province,it analyzed the constraining factors including journal's business range and its income,main body construction within market operation,through a comparative study of the restructuring of Beihang University Journal.It studied the feasibility of marketization and development of local university journal at present,and then put forward some advice such as abandoning the thought of journal restructuring,making a precise positioning,perfecting the restructuring policy,strengthening government's intervention and guidance,etc.Those suggestions will provide reference to the university journal reform in the future.
