摘  要:为确保武汉青山长江公路大桥混凝土桥面防水粘结层施工质量,对混凝土基面抛丸处理方案和防水粘结剂喷洒用量进行了试验研究。混凝土基面处理采用2种方案实施抛丸,通过观察抛丸后界面效果及其构造深度,确定适宜的抛丸遍数。在抛丸效果更好的区域分段喷洒不同用量的防水粘结剂,待其固化后对其拉拔强度进行分析,确定最佳防水粘结剂用量,并对最佳防水粘结剂用量下防水粘结层的抗渗水性能和不同用量下防水粘结层的抗剪切性能进行了检验。结果表明:混凝土基面抛丸2遍处理后的界面粗糙程度和构造深度明显更好;防水粘结剂用量为0.6 kg/m^2时,防水粘结层拉拔强度达到最大值2.15 MPa,基本不渗水,抗剪切强度为3.01 MPa,满足设计要求。To ensure the construction quality of waterproof bonding layer for concrete deck of Qingshan Changjiang River Highway Bridge in Wuhan,experimental studies were carried out to examine the shot-blasting schemes and amount of bonding agent in treating the concrete surface.Two shot-blasting schemes were adopted to treat the concrete surface,and proper times of shot-blasting were determined via observing the interfacial effect after blasting and the blasting depth.Different amounts of bonding agent were sprayed to the area revealing good blasting effect.After hardened,the pull-out strength of the waterproof bonding layer was analyzed to figure out the optimum amount of bonding agent.The permeability of the waterproof bonding layer with the optimum amount of bonding agent as well as the shearing performance of the waterproof bonding layer with different amounts of bonding agent were checked.The results show that the interfacial roughness degree and roughening depth of the concrete surface are obviously better after blasted twice.When the amount of bonding agent is of 0.6 kg/m^2,the pull-out strength of waterproof bonding layer reaches the maximum value of 2.15 MPa,basically impermeable.And the anti-shearing strength is of 3.01 MPa,meeting the design requirements.
