摘　　要：目的 探讨羊膜移植联合逆行切除术对翼状胬肉患者视功能及角膜散光度的影响.方法 选择2016年3月至2018年4月聊城市中医医院收治的130例翼状胬肉患者作为研究对象,参考随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组65例.对照组采用逆行切除术,观察组在对照组基础上采用羊膜移植治疗,比较两组视功能水平及角膜散光度.结果 观察组术后3个月视功能水平(0.78±0.56)高于对照组(0.49±0.26),差异有统计学意义(t=3.787,P<0.01);观察组术后3个月角膜散光度[(0.75±0.43)D]高于对照组[(1.05±0.48)D],差异有统计学意义(t=3.753,P<0.01).结论 羊膜移植联合逆行切除术治疗翼状胬肉的临床效果较好,可有效改善患者视功能,降低其角膜散光度,利于改善患者视力预后情况.Objective To investigate the effects of amniotic membrane transplantation combined with retrograde excision on visual function and corneal astigmatism in patients with pterygium.Methods A total of 130 patients with pterygium treated in Liaocheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2016 to April 2018 were selected as research objects.And they were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 65 cases in each group.The control group received retrograde resection,and the observation group received amniotic membrane transplantation on the basis of treatment of the control group.The visual function and corneal astigmatism were compared between the two groups.Results The visual function level of the observation group(0.78±0.56)was higher than that of the control group(0.49±0.26)3 months after surgery,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.787,P<0.01).The observation group had higher corneal astigmatism than the control group,(0.75±0.43)D vs.(1.05±0.48)D,3 months after surgery,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.753,P<0.01).Conclusions Amniotic membrane transplantation combined with retrograde excision is effective in the clinical treatment of pterygium patients,which can effectively improve the visual function,reduce the corneal astigmatism,and improve the visual prognosis of patients.
