摘 要:本文通过比较贵州省太子参的最适宜地区和适宜地区的质量,为贵州省太子参的生产布局提供了一定的理论研究基础以及技术支撑。通过相同的时间,相同的种植以及管理方法,在最适宜地区和适宜地区种植太子参,用紫外-可见分光光度法测定其总皂苷含量和总多糖含量,再用高效液相色谱法测定其环肽B的含量,并且比较了其产量。最适宜地区与适宜地区在产量上存在着显著性的差异,最适宜地区增产了24.1%;而在环肽B、总皂苷及总多糖的含量方面,差异不是很明显。为了资源的最优化,将贵州省太子参适宜种植地区划分为最适宜地区和适宜地区是科学合理的,同时也是可行的。To compare the quality of Taizishen in Guizhou Province in the most suitable and suitable areas,and to provide theoretical and technical support for the production layout of Taizishen in Guizhou Province.Through the same time,the same planting and management methods,P.chinensis was planted in the most suitable area and suitable area.The total saponin content and total polysaccharide content were determined by UV-visible spectrophotometry,and determined by high performance liquid chromatography.The content of cyclic peptide B was compared and its yield was compared.There was a significant difference in yield between the most suitable area and the suitable area.The optimum yield increased by 24.1%.The difference in the content of cyclic peptide B,total saponin and total polysaccharide was not obvious.Conclusion:It is scientific and reasonable to divide the suitable planting area of Taizishen in Guizhou Province into the most suitable area and suitable area.
