摘  要:采用塔菲尔(Tafel)极化、循环伏安(CV)、电化学阻抗谱(EIS)、开路电位-时间(OCP–t)曲线等电化学测试方法,研究了钢铁零件表面氧化膜、磷化膜和磷化-氧化复合膜在0.1 mol/L NaCl溶液中的腐蚀行为。Tafel极化的测试结果表明,磷化-氧化复合膜的耐蚀性优于氧化膜和磷化膜,与生产中常用的中性盐雾试验和硫酸铜点滴试验结果一致。3种膜层的腐蚀由开路电位与腐蚀电阻共同决定,因此开路电位-时间曲线不能单独用于评价耐蚀性。CV曲线及EIS谱图结果都显示3种膜在0.1 mol/L NaCl溶液中的腐蚀以阳极溶解反应为主,不受扩散的影响。The corrosion behaviors of oxidation film,phosphating film,and phosphating-oxidation composite film on steel parts were studied by Tafel polarization,cyclic voltammetry(CV),electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS),and open circuit potential vs.time curve measurement in 0.1 mol/L NaCl solution.The Tafel curves showed that the corrosion resistance of phosphating-oxidation composite film was better than that of oxidation film and phosphating film,which was consistent with the results of neutral salt spray test and copper sulfate dropping corrosion test those used in practical production usually.The OCP vs.time curve cannot be used to evaluate the corrosion resistance of the three kinds of films for their corrosion was determined not only by OCP,but also by corrosion resistivity.The CV curves and EIS spectra showed that anodic dissolution is the main reaction during the corrosion of the three films,which is not affected by diffusion.
