摘 要:为了提高压电驱动器的性能及工作能力,设计了一种多自由度激振器。分析了激振器的工作原理,建立了激振器的理论模型,利用多自由度分析计算多阶共振频率,计算影响激振器各阶共振频率的主要影响因素。设计和制作了激振器样机,使用阻抗分析仪测得了系统的多阶共振频率,分析激振器中刚度和质量对共振频率和振型的影响,并绘制出了测试曲线图。结果表明,激振器结构中结构刚度和配重质量影响系统的共振频率,为机械结构构造共振系统提供了理论依据和技术参考,有非常重要意义和价值。In order to improve the performance and working ability of the piezoelectric actuator,a multi degree-of-freedom vibration exciter is designed in this paper.The working principle of the vibration exciter is analyzed,and its theoretical model is established;the multi-order resonance frequency is calculated by multi degree-of-freedom analysis,and the main factors affecting each order resonance frequency of the vibration exciter are calculated.The prototype for the vibration exciter is designed and manufactured,and the multi-order resonance frequency of the system is measured by the impedance analyzer.Influences of the stiffness and mass of the exciter on the resonance frequency and vibration mode are analyzed,and the test curve is then drawn.The results show that the structural stiffness and counterweight mass in the vibration exciter structure would affect the resonance frequency of the system.It is of great significance and value to provide theoretical basis and technical reference for the mechanical structural resonance system.
