基于TRIBON M3的STRUCTURE模型实现板材零件套料

摘　　要：针对TRIBON M3软件的铁舾件生产设计STRUCTURE模型的套料出图问题,基于TRIBON VITESSE开发接口,采用Python语言进行编程。该程序在STRUCTURE模型出制作图的同时,能生成材料和零件套料清单,导入CADWIN进行套料排版后,用TRIBON Nesting模块出套料图和切割指令,实现了STRUCTURE模型中板材零件套料功能。The drawings are plotted from the plate parts nesting by the STRUCTURE model of outfitting production design based on TRIBON M3.The Python programming language based on TRIBON VITESSE development interface was adopted,leading to the solution.When the material list was made during the drawing output fromthe STRUCTURE model,the position number of the parts was numbered automatically at the same time.By means of obtaining the material information from the part name of the part modeling,the function of the plate parts nesting by the STRUCTURE model was realized after the part list generated by the program was imported to CADWIN for nesting and the instruction for nesting and cutting from the TRIBON Nesting module was given.
