摘　　要：目的探讨早期介入综合康复方案应用于脑梗死偏瘫患者康复治疗的效果及价值。方法选取2018年1月~2019年3月在本院接受康复治疗的68例脑梗死偏瘫患者按双盲法分为两组,对照组(34例)行常规康复干预,观察组(34例)再加强早期介入综合康复干预,观察患者康复情况。结果观察组治疗后Fugl-Meyer评分、Barthel指数均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组康复总有效率为94.12%,与对照组的76.47%比较显著更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后WHO-QOLBREF量表中各项评分较对照组均显著更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期介入综合康复方案应用于脑梗死偏瘫患者,可有效提高康复效果,有助于改善患者预后。Objective To explore the effect and value of early intervention comprehensive rehabilitation program on the treatment of hemiplegia patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 68 patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia who received rehabilitation treatment in our hospital from January 2018 to March 2019 were divided into two groups using the double-blind method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation intervention,and the observation group received early comprehensive rehabilitation intervention.And the rehabilitation of patients was observed.Results The Fugl-Meyer score and Barthel index of the observation group after treatment were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of rehabilitation of the observation group was 94.12%,which was significantly higher than the 76.47%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of the Abbreviated World Health Organization Quality of Life Questionnaire(WHO-QOL-BREF)scale in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group after intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of early intervention comprehensive rehabilitation program for patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia can effectively improve the rehabilitation effect and help improve the prognosis of patients.
