茴三硫联合谷维素、维生素B2、维生素E治疗灼口综合征的疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的 探讨茴三硫联合谷维素、维生素B2、维生素E治疗灼口综合征(BMS)的临床疗效.方法 54例灼口综合征患者,随机分为茴三硫组和常规组,各28例.常规组采用谷维素、维生素B2、维生素E常规治疗,茴三硫组采用茴三硫联合谷维素、维生素B2、维生素E治疗.观察比较两组治疗前后非刺激性唾液流率、口干及灼痛的程度,并监测治疗过程中药物不良反应的发生情况.结果 治疗第2、4周,茴三硫组非刺激性唾液流率高于治疗前及常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗第2周和第4周,两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均低于治疗前,且茴三硫组VAS评分(4.51±0.74)分和(3.05±1.03)分均低于常规组的(5.27±0.94)、(4.23±0.52)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗第2、4周,茴三硫组口干评分低于治疗前和常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 茴三硫联合谷维素、维生素B2、维生素E治疗灼口综合征的疗效优于常规治疗,尤其对于伴有口干者.Objective To discuss the clinical effect of anethol trithione combined with oryzanol,vitamin B2,vitamin E on burning mouth syndrome(BMS).Methods A total of 54 patients with burning mouth syndrome were randomly divided into anethol trithione group and conventional group,with 28 cases in each group.The conventional group received conventional treatment with oryzanol,vitamin B2,vitamin E,and the anetholi trithionum group received anethol trithione combined with oryzanol,vitamin B2,vitamin E for treatment.The nonstimulated salivary flow rate,pain and xerostomia degrees before and after treatment between the two groups were observed and compared,and the occurrence of adverse drug reactions was monitored during treatment.Results 2 and 4 weeks after treatment,the non-stimulated salivary flow rate of anethol trithione group was higher than those before treatment and the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2 and 4 weeks after treatment,visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and VAS score(4.51±0.74)and(3.05±1.03)points of anethol trithione group were lower than those of conventional group(5.27±0.94)and(4.23±0.52)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2 and 4 weeks after treatment,xerostomia score of anethol trithione group were lower than those before treatment and the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Anethol trithione combined with oryzanol,vitamin B2,vitamin E shows better efficacy on burning mouth syndrome than conventional therapy,especially for those with xerostomia.
