摘  要:为不同产区烟叶在卷烟生产上的合理使用提供科学依据,采用流动分析仪测定不同产区818个初烤烟叶样品氯、水溶性总糖、总植物碱、总氮和钾的含量,并计算出糖碱比、糖氮比、氮碱比和钾氯比等衍生指标,分析不同产区烟叶化学成分4个衍生指标的差异。结果表明:国内主产区烟叶常规化学成分的糖碱比、糖氮比、氮碱比和钾氯比的比值均非正态分布,均有较大变异,钾氯比的变异系数最大,为89.90%,氮碱比最小,为31.00%;不同产区烟叶常规化学成分的糖碱比、糖氮比和氮碱比均以云南最高,分别为17.84、17.18和1.03,重庆、重庆和重庆/广东最低,分别为9.39、10.91和0.86/0.86,钾氯比重庆最高,为11.18;河南最低,为2.08;上部叶,糖碱比、糖氮比和氮碱比以云南、云南和河南最高,分别为11.61、13.26和0.91,重庆、重庆和重庆/广东最低,分别为5.76、8.17和0.71/0.71,钾氯比不同产区变幅为1.71~6.92;中部叶,糖碱比、糖氮比和氮碱比均以云南最高,分别为19.62、18.47和1.07,重庆、河南和重庆最低,分别为10.14、11.57和0.81,钾氯比重庆最高,为12.04,河南最低,为2.02;下部叶,糖碱比、糖氮比和钾氯比以云南、云南和重庆最高,分别为21.91、19.43和15.05,重庆、重庆和河南最低,分别为12.30、11.01和2.97,氮碱比不同产区变幅为1.00~1.17。In order to provide the scientific basis for rational utilization of tobacco leaves from different producing areas in cigarette production,the chlorine,water soluble total sugar,total alkaloid,total nitrogen and potassium content in 818 samples of cured tobacco leaves from different producing areas are determined by using flow analysis method,and then four derivative indexes of sugar-nicotine ratio,sugar-nitrogen ratio,nitrogen-nicotine ratio and potassium-chlorine ratio are calculated to analyze the differences in four derivative indexes of chemical composition in tobacco leaves from different producing areas.Result:The value of sugar-nicotine ratio,sugar-nitrogen ratio,nitrogen-nicotine ratio and potassium-chlorine ratio in conventional chemical composition of tobacco leaves from main producing areas in China distributes abnormally with great variation.The variance coefficient of potassium-chlorine ratio and nitrogen-nicotine ratio is 89.90%(highest)and 31.00%(lowest)respectively.Sugar-nicotine ratio,sugar-nitrogen ratio and nitrogen-nicotine ratio in conventional chemical composition of tobacco leaves from different producing areas is highest in Yunnan,Yunnan and Yunnan,respectively 17.84,17.18 and 1.03,and lowest in Chongqing,Chongqing and Chongqing/Guangdong,respectively 9.39,10.91 and 0.86/0.86.Potassium-chlorine ratio is highest in Chongqing(11.18)and lowest in Henan(2.08).Sugar-nicotine ratio,sugar-nitrogen ratio and nitrogen-nicotine ratio in chemical composition of upper tobacco leaves from different producing areas is highest in Yunnan,Yunnan and Henan,respectively 11.61,13.26 and 0.91,and lowest in Chongqing,Chongqing and Chongqing/Guangdong,respectively 5.76,8.17 and 0.71/0.71.The variation range of potassium-chlorine ratio in chemical composition of upper tobacco leaves from different producing areas is 1.71-6.92.Sugar-nicotine ratio,sugar-nitrogen ratio and nitrogen-nicotine ratio in chemical composition of middle tobacco leaves from different producing areas is highest in Yunnan,Yunnan and Yunnan,
