摘　　要：地方医学院校博士点建设在服务国家重大战略、优化高等医学教育及医学学科布局、提升区域经济发展和医疗健康水平、促进高校自身发展等方面具有十分重要的意义。基于此,为坚持服务需求和满足人民需要,国家和地方应选择策略,引导助推地方高水平医学院校博士点建设。同时,高校自身也要准确、合理定位,基于学位授权审核标准,坚持质量导向,加强内涵式发展。The establishment of doctoral programs in local medical universities is of great significance in serving major national strategies,optimizing the layout of higher medical education and medical disciplines,improving regional economic development and medical health,and promoting the development of universities themselves.Based on this,insisting on service needs and meeting the needs of the people,the State and local places should choose strategies to guide and promote the establishment of doctoral programs in high-level local medical universities.At the same time,universities themselves must be oriented accurately and reasonably,adhere to quality orientation and strengthen intensive development based on the review standards of degree authorization.
