摘　　要：自媒体环境下高校思想政治教育工作出现复杂多样的新变化,对辅导员职业能力提出了更高的要求。《高校辅导员职业能力标准(暂行)》就如何提升大学生思想政治教育的工作质量,推动高校辅导员队伍的专业化、职业化发展,对高校辅导员职业能力的具体要求和阶段水平作出了详细规定。该文认为,自媒体环境下辅导员职业能力提升需从知识技能、工作模式和职业地位三方面着手,通过增强媒介素养、整合团队资源、提升人格魅力等途径应对自媒体环境对辅导员工作带来的挑战。In the we media environment,complex and diverse changes have taken place in ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and higher demands have been placed on the professional ability of counselors."Standards for the Professional Ability of Counselors in Colleges and Universities(Provisional)"provides detailed regulations on how to improve the quality of ideological and political education of college students and promote the professional and occupational development of the counselor team in colleges and universities.This paper believes that the professional ability of counselors in the we media environment needs to be started from the three aspects of knowledge and skills,working mode and professional status,and the challenges brought to counselors'work in the we media environment should be dealt with by enhancing media literacy,integrating team resources,and improving personality charm.
