摘 要:孤独是人生常态。孤独的人会用消极的态度来脱离社会群体而生活,久而久之,会出现情绪低落、忧郁、焦虑、失眠,不与他人交流、来往、不参加社会活动等情况,影响个体的心理健康。现如今,我们应重视并帮助大学生树立正确的人生观,提高他们的自我认识能力、人际交往能力,培养他们积极乐观的思维模式、正确的认知模式,培养他们爱的能力,帮助他们克服和降低孤独感,并把孤独升华为独处,既能拓展智慧,又能唤醒和激发创造力。Loneliness is the normal state of life.Lonely people will use a negative attitude to separate from the social group and live by themselves.Over time,they will become low-spirited,depressed,anxious,and insomnious.Besides,they do not communicate with others and do not participate in social activities,which will affect their mental health.It is necessary to help college students establish a correct outlook on life,improve their ability of self-awareness and interpersonal skills,cultivate their positive thinking mode and correct cognition mode,and develop their ability to love,so as to help them overcome and reduce loneliness and sublimate loneliness to be solitude,which can not only expand wisdom,but also awaken and inspire creativity.
