摘 要:针对汽车微型电机外壳零件冲压生产中手工作业效率低和安全系数低的现状,规划运用工业机器人进行冲压各工序之间的半成品移送,根据机器人的工作特点设计微型电机外壳自动冲压送料工艺,研究机器人移送动作轨迹和坐标设置方式,通过示教再现的方式编制机器人动作程序,合理设计系统运转速度及节拍,以提高自动冲压生产效率并稳定产品质量。In view of the low efficiency and safety factor of manual operation in stamping production of automotive micro-motor shell parts,the industrial robots were used to transfer semi-finished products between stamping processes.According to the working characteristics of the robot,the automatic stamping and feeding process of micro-motor shell was designed,and the robot transfer action trajectory and the coordinate setting method were studied.Through teaching and playback,the robot action program was compiled,and the running speed and rhythm of the system were reasonably designed.Finally,the production efficiency of automatic stamping is improved and the product quality is stabilized.
