摘 要:以铝屑为代表的多余物对运载火箭、导弹的正常发射危害极大,因此在航天运载领域对多余物的清理提出了较高的要求。针对多余物的危害以及传统清理方式清洁不足的问题,提出一种新型超声微激振多余物清理的方法,该方法利用超声振子的机械振动作用以及空化效应对多余物进行清理。首先对微激振多余物清理的工作机理进行分析,说明该清理方法的可行性;进而通过分析超声振子设计流程以及几何参数计算,确定超声振子的材料以及形状尺寸;利用ANSYS软件进行模态、谐响应分析,根据仿真结果对尺寸参数进行优化。研究内容为微激振多余物清理方案设计奠定基础,并为新型超声振动清洗设备的研发提供参考。The excessive object represented by aluminum chip is extremely harmful to the normal launch of carrier rocket and missile,so a higher requirement is putting forward for clearing the surplus in the field of space delivery.Based on the great harm of the excess and the shortage of traditional cleaning methods,a new method for cleaning excessive objects by using the ultrasonic micro-excitation was designed,which utilizes the mechanical vibration of the ultrasonic vibrator and the cavitation effect to clean up the excess.It first analyzed the working mechanism of micro-excitation excess cleaning,and illustrated the feasibility of the cleaning method;by analyzing the design process of ultrasonic vibrator and the calculation of geometric parameters,the material and shape size of ultrasonic vibrator were determined;the modal and harmonic response analysis was performed by ANSYS software,and the dimensional parameters were optimized according to the simulation results.The research content lays a foundation for the design of micro-excitation excess cleaning scheme and provides a reference for the research and development of new ultrasonic vibration cleaning equipment.
